My names Kris Lynn and Im the face behind 46:10 Soap Haven soaps!! I answered this calling to make cold process soaps a few years ago as a blessing from above. This directive was loud and clear!! I was looking for a way to break the cycle of repetitive chain store purchases. I wanted something better for my skin, and a better practice to teach my children. I’ve been hooked on all things natural since!! My goal has been to replace all the box store brands with handcrafted formulations. Besides being a cool vintage trade, making handmade soap has become a life style for me. Using handcrafted products is beyond the best choice when it comes to body care! In comparison to chemical filled soaps, you have a product made with all the goodness of wholesome ingredients without questionable additives. Being transparent about the process an as informative as possible is so essential because it puts the power back into our own hands. When we know better, we do better. Beeswax and honey are both humectants which means they absorb an maintain moisture to the skin! These 2 bee-nefiting ingredients (see what I did there) come rich with anti inflammatory, antibacterial an antiseptic properties which make them both a win for the skin! Sourced locally when possible.
